Overview:

Karshadows Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills and attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of data inputs and maintaining the integrity of information handling procedures.

Responsibilities:

Transfer data from all sort of image formats into digital files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar position.
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).

Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware.
Fast typing skills; type speed must be 35 – 40 WPM
Accuracy and attention to detail.

Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive data.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

Additional computer training or certification.

Experience with data entry or administrative work in a healthcare setting is a plus.
